Hypnotherapy
As every mom, wife, sister, daughter and friend knows, the challenges women face in life can be very stressful and at times difficult to cope with. I found Centered Touch at a time in my life when I was feeling overwhelmed and burdened with the everyday demands of trying to be everything to everybody in my life. My back and shoulders ached from tension and stress and I would awake each morning feeling tired and unrested.
